All Heroes can be trained. This will level them up and increase their stats.

A player will have to choose from a short training period to a very large one. VIP players even have the chance to spend Gold on this.
Base exp rate offers 360 xp per hour.
The best non gold option is to let a hero train for 8 hours as this gives the best exp for Silver.
